Safety First Home Inspectors are State Licensed through the state of Alabama in Home Inspections. We are also State Licensed in Wood Destroying Organisms in the State of Alabama. No other home inspection service in Alabama has both of these accreditations. Safety First Home Inspections is the only home inspector that can give you the ‘Official Alabama Wood Infestation Inspection Report” also known as a WIR.
The Wood Destroying Organisms License qualifies us to Inspect for TERMITES, Powder Post Beetles, Wood Boring Beetles and Wood Decaying Fungi (MOLD). This certification allows us to do Wood Infestation Inspection Reports for Brokers, and Individuals. This is in addition to our InterNACHI License and State License for Home Inspections.
